Bought brand new at the Baby store in San Francisco. Worn 2-3 times.
There are some "stains" that were on it when I bought it. I believe extra glue/glitter got on the dress during production. Those are pictured below. They are not noticeable when wearing the dress though.
I took pictures with the flash on and off. The color can change quite a bit depending on the lighting. It also looks different when in outdoor lighting.
