Bought second hand, only worn a couple of times by me. Part of the 2005 Sugar Bouquet release. Shoulder straps, and the front panel are detachable, but the neck ties can't be taken off. Please note there are several damages to this OP.

Damages: missing the long detachable sleeves; there are loose threads; there's definitely an overall worn feeling to it; yellowing of the fabric in the neckline and sleeve endings area, but it's not very noticeable; the elastic ribbon in the neckline was stretched out, and has been opened up to tighten.
