Stripe chiffon blouse by Baby The Stars Shine Bright. Ruffled collar, full button front with faux pearl buttons and ruffle accent. Elastic cuffs trimmed with two kinds of lace. In good condition. Chiffon has a nice woven stripe but is a bit see-through - looks nice under a JSK.

Colour seems to depend on what you pair it with, somewhere between a sophisticated oyster pink and pinky-beige. I found it worked well with dresses/skirts in the brown spectrum.
