New without tags, never used. This was the free gift in an issue of MELT in 2017, and I believe it was intended to go along with the Strawberry's Heart Drops/Strawberry Drops release from that year; however, there is no lolibrary listing for the bag that I'm aware of.
Since it was a free gift, it's extremely simplistic (no interior pockets, just a single pouch), but the bag is quite roomy for a pochette. A large/checkbook sized wallet, phone, keys and so on could easily fit inside. It has been stored in a dustproof bag and filled with the "air padding" bags used in shipping to retain its shape.
