The collar can be taken off, so it can be worn two ways. It has one tiny spot of dirt, that I have not washed/tried to get out. I bought this second hand and have not worn it myself. I'm selling because I have too many cutsews. It's stretchy and would fit a great range of sizes. If you are unsure about fit, message me and i'll help you. Measurements:

*Shipping*
Expect a maximum handling time of 3 days, but I generally try to ship the day after payment clears. I will contact you with a tracking number asap, so you'll know when your package ships. :)
*Household and clothing conditions*
I do not smoke, however I live downstairs from someone who does. Since she doesn't live on the same level as me, it shouldn't affect the clothing. I do not own any animals currently.
Everything I sell is washed or drycleaned right before listing and stored on a hanging rack in a garment bag until sold, to ensure items are in the best possible condition. Items may need to be ironed after you receive them, since shipping tends to wrinkle things.
