Grey & pink plaid with silver threads and ruffle ribbons.

This is an empire waisted JSK in a grey & pink plaid run through with silver threads, with pink ruffled ribbons. I don't know its name. Rough unstretched flat measurements are Bust 16", Waist 14", it has about a third of the back shirred. Too small for me, but the fabric is a lovely soft weave. Waist ties button on, the hem bows can come untied. The front waist bow tails are a bit floppy, I suspect it came that way. It would be easy to tack or pin down if desired.
