Here I have in the shirring princess JSK from 2011. I am the second owner and have only worn this two times out. There are no noticeable pilling or staining as good care has been taken from both owners.  The bustle looks like an off-white. I'm not sure if when brand new it looks like this, but I will make a note just in case. The only issue that this jsk may have is wrinkles. I will ship within 72 hours after purchase!
