Black skirt in good condition, free shipping within the US

This skirt was bought at the Baby the Stars Shine Bright store in San Francisco quite a few years ago.  I'm the first owner, and have worn this skirt 5 or 6 times.  It's in good condition, but does show signs of wear, mostly around the waistband since it's a bit tight on me.  Most noticeable signs of wear: creasing at the waistband and the button at the top of the zipper is a bit loose, but could easily be re-sewn.  I have a 32 inch waist and can wear this skirt, but it is really tight, I probably would recommend a maximum waist size of 30 inches.  This skirt comes from a non-smoking household with a cat.
