Bought second-hand as part of the set but does not come even close to fitting so I am selling to someone graced with a smaller bust!

Shipping would be 15 CAD. The blouse is 100% cotton (VERY little stretch) and my amateur flat measurements might even be a bit smaller than is listed on lolibrary (perhaps the previous owner washed it and it shrunk or something?) so unfortunately I wouldn't risk it unless you are okay with the buttons pulling a bit.

Yes, max measurements as the blouse is not stretchy at all. As I said in a previous comment I would actually say the blouse is slightly smaller (like a cm or so) than listed measurements.
