Bought brand new from the store. I've had this scepter for a little over a year. It has some slight tarnishing, but not too much.

There was a manufacturing defect that I didn't notice when I purchased the item. The crown insert was glued slightly askew. You can't tell from a distance, but I tried to take close-ups of this.

Shipping is a little bit more expensive because I want to package the item extra carefully since it is delicate.
