This is a brand new Sax heart Apron bought directly from the BtSSB store in San Francisco. It has an old school style and the heart is removable. It also comes with a bow/broach that is removable and will go with other coords easily. There is a cloth panel on the back that restricts the size a bit, so I would not recommend for girls that are broad shouldered or plus sized....more like a size small-medium.  But if you are brave or good with a sewing machine the panel could easily be removed and it would basically be a free size. This is a very cute and rare item, I just never wear Sax. I uploaded proof pictures and apologize for the dark quality, the apron's color is true to the stock images from the website. :)
