Long-sleeved, round-collar, white blouse from BTSSB. Shirring on the sleeve.

Blouse from the 2014 lucky pack. Tried on once or twice but never worn beyond that. It's a little big for me sadly. There is shirring but only on the sleeves (arms and wrists). Lolibrary measurements given at the link below. Lace trim on the collar and wrist cuffs. Cute heart-shaped buttons.
