Cute BABY headdress with detachable velveteen rose brooches ~ I'm at least the 2nd owner & used it a couple of times

The headdress is in good condition though it has a used feel to it.
One of the rose pins is bent on the bottom (s. reference pic) which is not visible when worn, the roses can still be detached/attached.
