BtSSB Rococo Garden JSK
Beautiful off-white A-line JSK with gold accents. Purchased new in Paris. Lots of high quality lace with many lovely ruffles. The material is thin so the dress is nice to wear in the summer (the bodice and skirt are lined). Detachable waist ties, back corset lacing, and the front bow is detachable. Partial shirring!
Damaged! I once washed the dress and left it to dry on a drying rack. Turns out the rack had rust on it which stained the dress slighty. The stains are not very noticeable (gotta be looking for them to see them).
I find the dress quite roomy and has lots of stretch.

I don't feel comfortable giving a definit answere to this as I have zero experience with larger bust sizes and working outside the listed measurments. The dress has partial shiring and is a bit roomy in the bust area. The shiring is very stretchy and I can pull the bust area to about 46 flat across easily. I don't know if it will fit up to a 96cm
