i think this is one of the first 5 lolita items i ever bought. i've had it for maybe 10 years now? gosh. time to pass it on, give it a new life
despite its age, it's in pretty solid condition! it's definitely wrinkled a bit, the buttons could use some reinforcing (but they're not falling off or anything) & missing a few things as mentioned, but i could see this thing holding up for many years more.
it's also a heavy, tweed-like material; there is a bit of sparkle woven into the fabric as well
it is a pretty small skirt. i had to actually get a custom petticoat for it because it's rather mini (and i say this as a 160cm/5'3" person); on lolibrary, the length is given at 46cm, but mine measured 44cm, with a max waist of ~70cm.
