This dress is in nearly perfect condition! The lace is a bit yellowed from age, but it isn’t very noticeable. I believe this is the 2007 release, here are the amateur measurements I took:
Bust: 82cm
Length: 88cm
Waist: 74cm
There is no shirring or corset lacing on this dress, and it seems to be quite heavy, so I’d recommend a more heavy duty petticoat for this dress. My regular cupcake petticoat completely deflates under this dress!
This dress will be dry cleaned before mailing, resulting in a slightly higher price for a used dress to cover the cost. I am willing to review reasonable offers.

I do my best to find and list all flaws on items, but I may miss a few minor flaws on a piece.
I can hold an item for you for up to a week if you send me a message, but after a week I will unhold the item for others to buy.
Items come from a home with a cat, I will do my best to clear any cat hair off of items (any piece that can be washed/dry cleaned will be before sending it out), but I cannot completely guarantee it will be hypoallergenic.

I can do international shipping, but be warned that the prices for international shipping from the US are very high. I can ship without tracking for a cheaper price, but once the item is mailed, I cannot accept responsibility for a lost package if you chose no tracking.
