The condition of the bag on the front and back is excellent, but the synthetic leather on the bottom part and sides of the bag are cracked (I received it like this because the Japanese shopping service I used shipped it flat so it would take up less space). The material hadn't flaked yet, but in order to try to prevent this I put some Mod Podge over some of the cracks.

The inside of the bag is nice and clean.
On first glance, the bag looks really nice and I think most people wouldn't notice the damage.
