Just in time for con season & tea parties!

First owner, worn once. Detachable waist ties, full-back shirring. Very stretchy and comfortable to wear! Longer length & stretchy straps, good for tall lolitas.

The print is so pretty - see close up of little painted ribbons, snow texture and polka dots.

***FULL DISCLOSURE! *** Minor damage: There was a tear in the chiffon on one of the straps. I repaired it and it is not detectable from the outside of the dress at all, but you can just barely see the repair on the inside of the strap if you look hard enough (see photo). Otherwise, it looks like new and only the owner would know it's had a small repair.
