This is BTSSB’s Queen Skull Tartan Check Skirt in black/brown, released in 2005 as part of their “Pour Lolita” collection with Novala Takemoto. I bought this from Closetchild years ago, and never wore it myself. It’s in excellent condition for its age. There are no stains, tears, rips, or runs that I can see, and the colors are bright. There’s a cute little embroidery of Novala’s Skull Queen mascot on the waistband, and the back bustle is detachable.
