It smelled fine when I wore it but when I washed it recently, there was a terrible smoke odor. Assuming the prior owner was a smoker. I washed it a few times to try to get the smell out and it's definitely better than it was but please do not buy if you have severe allergies!!
The good thing is that washing it did not damage the glitter in the print, it is still good. I have added a couple new photos after washing

Check the lolibrary link, when I measured this it matched whatever that was. The shirring on this is in good condition but it's still pretty stretchy. Somewhere around 100 or 105 IIRC
