Purchased this second hand from a seller internationally and the listing did not disclose the damages on the item. As much as I love Princess Shirring, I don't actually forsee brown being a color in my wardrobe any time soon, at least not like this. Looking to get back what I spent. Please understand, this item needs a lot of TLC, and can be a wonderful restoration project for someone. 

Condition: Damaged- Although the overall appearance of the dress is fine and just needs ironing (I washed it throughly by hand with oxyclean), there are two damages and a missing item. The first is the straps- the elastic on it became broken (most likely due to hanging in the closet). The seller seems to have tried sewing it back partially (as pictured) but it is uneven. This can be undone and the elastic can be replaced easily by even a novice. Second damage is in the front (as pictured)- the bust has a bit of stretched shirring. The missing item is the thin ribbon that typically goes in the back to help make the dress tighter. 

Sizing:
As you would probably have to adjust the straps, you can readjust based on the size of your torso. Here is the general sizing:
