Baby the stars shine bright Princess Honey’s Tea Salon Print Rose Ribbon JSK and matching Headbow

I bought this dress from @riotkitty, who described the wear as such “ Bought used from auction. I've worn it a couple times. It has a bit of a worn feeling to it. There is some fraying on the ribbons and the waist tie buttons could use reinforced stitching. Still, waist ties, back lacing, and matching headbow is all there.“
This condition still applies as this dress was worn once for a small duration by me.
