I bought this skirt from a swap meet, and it has been worn several times. The skirt is in good condition given its age and has no pilling, yellowing, or stains, although the waist ties are missing. It features an adorable bustle and an inner lining with a built in petticoat (layer of stiff tulle). I have slightly moved the button on the waistband, which has no shirring and measures 64cm. The length is 55cm. The color is Baby's standard off-white rather than stark white. Great for any oldschool look!
