I bought this where the shirring is COMPLETELY stretched out. It was missing a ribbon, I added my own. There is a stain I have not attempted to get out, but it is not noticable unless pointed out when wearing. Missing bows on pocket. I got it very cheap, so I am selling off cheap. I have a 40" bust and it fits me fine. Buying means you are fine with the damages mentioned.
