No returns. After the item has shipped I am no longer responsible. I do ship priority and in most cases that means there is insurance on the package! Please alow for a few days for the item to be shipped out. I have pet rabbits! While I don't just let them lay on my clothes it is possible that a stray hair or two might find their way into the package. Please ask any questions before purchasing from me.
