It's in very good condition, however the neck straps seem to be missing. I bought it secondhand like that, but the waist ties can be attached the same if so desired. All straps and bows removable. The waist ties are wrinkled but would steam out just fine (I don't have a steamer so I can't do it myself). Dress is super stretchy and considerably long, I'm 5'8 and it hits almost to my knee. The skirt is fully lined. It's a gorgeous dress, but unfortunately I have to let go. Summer is almost here and it's a perfect dress for it!
