- Smoke and pet free home, and all items are cared for very carefully. Dress bags are used for all hangable items. Other items are kept in the drawer or a clear sealable bag to keep them safe before sale. - Open to reasonable offers - Depending on the item or amount I might be able to do a payment plan but no longer than 1 month at max if possible.
