Skirt is in excellent condition. Bought second hand, only worn once or twice by me. Waist ties are a bit wrinkled from storage but could easily be put right with a bit of ironing. It appears to have originally come with a smaller bow clip, which is missing. I'm also throwing in a stretchy lace bolero that works really well for making lacy black camisoles lolita-appropriate on hot days. U.S. shipping is included.
