This Btssb mini-hat features a velvet exterior and brim, lined interior, lace and grosgrain ribbon detailing, and grosgrain ribbons to secure the hat under the chin or behind the head. It is a fairly soft hat without much structure to it, so it's not too hard to flatten/pop back up at your whim. I have no idea what the official name or release date of this hat is, I'm sorry!

I am the second owner of the hat but I only wore it once, and it is still in pristine condition. I've decided I'm not too much of a mini-hat or hat person, so I'm selling this along to someone who will hopefully love it more.
