From Baby The Stars Shine Bright, a red tartan oldschool OP/JSK (sleeves could go either way)

I don't know the proper name for this piece, as I'm not the first owner. It has some yellowing on the lace, but nothing major. Edit: A kind commenter posted the lolibrary link, so I've updated the auction with new title/info.

It's a heavy fabric, good for winter, and very comfortable elastic shirring all around the bodice (and elastic sleeves) with detachable waist ties.
