BTSSB Princess skirt
Black old school bustle skirt from BTSSB.
Bought at Closetchild Harajuku in 2014. Has a bit of a worn feeling, but no damages or anything like that. It has a tulle layer inside for added volume.
There are a couple of different releases of the Princess skirts, but I think it's the one in the lolibrary link based on the lace. It runs pretty small, I'd say it fits a waist of ~64 cm or so.
