Bought secondhand, it was altered to be larger which I'll link to the auction below so you can get a better look at the alterations made. She did a really good job altering it imo. I'm selling because I don't love the shape or bustles and I got a different black btssb skirt I prefer.

"Waist: 64-78 cm.

I altered the waist, adding elastic to a panel in the back.

No waist ties, I used them as extra fabric to alter the waist.

Stitching around the buttonhole is loose."
