I don't know what specific dress this is, but I believe it to be from the mid 2000s based on similar styles they released at the time.

This cutsew is pink with white lace. The main flaw is that the shoulder pieces fold forward like a bolero almost and on one side it's tacked down and one side it is not. Please see the third photo. I'm not sure how it's supposed to be worn. Besides that there are no flaws per se but there is definitely a feeling of wear. This dress is super soft and comfy and one of the reasons is because the fabric feels like it's been washed many times. But the fabric is nice & think and has plenty of wear left in it. The shirring is mostly fine, but the shirring on the back is not quite as stretchy as I believe it once was, although I received it like that last year so I don't know for sure what it was like originally.

The waist ties are attached. The front collar can be drawn in or let out with the ribbon on the neckline.
I don't know its max measurements and I don't want to risk damaging it to stretch it to the max, but I would say about 120cm for the chest based on how it fits me. The waist is free, the shirring is only over the bust area. It's soft and loose enough that it can easily be worn over a blouse. Because there is no stock photo, I have included a pic of me wearing it a few months ago to show how it fits and the color a little better
