Purchased off of the comm sales, but it came with lots of yellow stains all over the skirt (probably due to being stored improperly for a long time). I have washed this skirt twice and have gotten some stains out, but the ones near the zipper refuse to budge. I also tried oxiclean but it pooled into a blue stain instead (and did nothing to the stains). I have since gotten that out. See photo for stains (areas with stains roughly circled in white). Skirt does not include waistties.

It fits me at 27 inch waist. The measurements listed at hellolace says 24.5 inches for some reason. It has a little bit of shirring in the back.
