I thoroughly attempted to remove the staining from this OP and after my 3rd try decided to dye the piece (see the last pictures for original stains).

Its been dyed twice and then color fixed. The main bow was removed to ensure an even dye, and the side 2 smaller bows on the sleeves were removed because they didn't dye the same as the rest of the cotton. The print is completely covered. The lace has been steamed out and relaxed.

It's been washed twice to ensure the color doesn't bleed, although I would still recommend washing it separately from other garments. Selling because I'm not sure when I would get to wear this because I wear mostly casual
