Lovely 2009 jumperskirt by Baby the Stars Shine Bright. The fabric is a heavy weight cotton with a linen feel and an all-over pastel floral print. Shirring panel at the back for flexible sizing. Cotton lace trim and grosgrain ribbon and pearl heart button details. Internally lined in satin. Excellent attention to detail in the craftsmanship and materials.
