Defect: the sleeves (near collar part) elastics are loose, especially on the left hand side. There's a very faded red spot on the back side of the dress, barely noticeable. The ribbons on the sleeves are absent.

This dress has generous pockets, yay! Roomy shirring too, very lightweight. In spite of its name, the fabric is smooth cotton, not chiffon.

Hi there ^.^ is this black or navy blue? Photos look navy blue but listing says black.
