Blouse and matching tie. I am the second owner, I bought it NWT and wore it a handful of times.

Versatile blouse, easy to style in different ways and opaque enough to wear with skirts. It's cotton so it's breathable. There are some loose friends around the cuff buttons, but no staining or other damage that I found. It is wrinkled from when I hung it on my drying rack after washing.

Shipping is included in the listed price. I use USPS flat rate priority mail boxes, which includes tracking and 1-3 day shipping time. My house is smoke free, but I do have one cat. She is not allowed near my wardrobe.
