I'm the first owner of this blouse and it is in perfect condition. It has removable bow and neck ties, but no shirring. Unlike lolibrary measurements, I'd give it a 92cm bust max, or the buttons will gap. The bust part is lined so it isn't see through, but the sleeves are.
