BTSSB Early Release Lace Frill JSK + Headdress Set
Based on the lace and time period I purchased this in, this is likely a first or second release BTSSB Lace Frill JSK. I purchased this from Japan and was advised that it was originally purchased from BTSSB directly few decades ago. My bet is 2006! The headdress is newer but the same colorway.
