I am the first owner. My mother bought it for me in Japan. <3 I only wore it a couple of times because I'm not a huge fan of the empire waist. It's a beautiful bright navy blue, however, and it looks really sharp paired with white and red accessories. I wore it to Paris with a red beret and flats and felt very chic!
