I bought it second-hand and worn twice.
Cleaned and kept it in closet but got stains.
*Both JSK and head bow have stains.*

Fabric and lace is good in quality.
Multiple stains.

head bow:
Bow only, no band.
I removed the band part because it was so rusty.
You can put a new band and make it a Katyusya again.

Sorry for late response. I didn't notice new comment. For 1.5kg package(27*18*15cm), online EMS calculator says it would be approximately 40 USD.
