what's the smallest bust it can go (without the lacing looking weird)?

My bust is about 82, but I'm also a size XS, and it looks a bit baggy on me. But if you are a size S i think the smalest bust is about 85-86cm. Its so hard to tell when I'm to small for the dress, but I think my bust was around 85-86 when I still was a size S. and that looked good.
So sad there is no shirring on this dress :(
