This is listed Plus-Sized lolita, but what is the size of the bust and waist?

Hi there! It is listed as Tall Lolota friendly and Long lenght as it fall on my knees (I'm 180cm). It's not Plus-size at all, I am sorry :( Bust is +/- 88cm and waist 70cm, if I remember well. I can take the measurements this evening :)
