Hello! I'm not sure what the stains are from, they seem to be just water stains. I haven't tried to get them out. This is how I got the umbrella

Ahh, the best I can do is $35. Also, I'm not 100% about the cost to ship. The shipping calculator is giving me a wide price range. I'll have to go to the post office to get a more accurate quote.
