Pink Tiered BTSSB Ice Cream Print Skirt! Great for summer!

Bought secondhand, this piece is in surprisingly great shape for being over a decade old! It's only been worn a handful of times, as it's meant to accommodate a less poofy petticoat than the one I have. The piece is made of lightweight cotton, making it perfect for the warmer months to come, and has a built in underskirt. The heart button is a bit loose and was like that when I got it, but is very easily fixable. While I could not find any stains on this skirt, I live in a dorm room with very poor lighting, and it is possible that I am missing something minor and faint.
The heart lace is absolutely adorable, and the print is to die for! I'm hoping that this skirt can go to a good home, or maybe be a newbie's first piece of brand?
Please note that there is no shirring in this piece, and it is not plus-size friendly.
