NWT Chiffon Blouse purchased from the BTSSB SF store for $160+tax. Sadly the pink doesn't match anything I own. Has shirring on the back so it can accommodate a variety of sizes. Overall, I would recommend it for US XS-M. Can go from a long sleeve to short sleeve making it quite versatile. The neck straps are detachable but the bow on the front is not.
