BTSSB Hem Scallop JSK in Black.
This dress is very old and does have a feeling of wear/age, particularly with the lace IMO.
However, all parts are included (ribbons, waist ties, buttons, etc) and I couldn't find any stains/discolorations. The dress may be faded due to age/washing. I do think it is in great condition given it's age-the shoulder straps are still very elastic and I don't think they've been stretched out at all.

My home is smoke-free
I store my clothes away from direct light with cedar planks to avoid bugs.
Most things are stored out in the open so there may be dust (eg: in the crevices of shoes, bags, etc)
