Baby the stars shine bright white heart lace blouse

Purchased second hand, there is a small stain on the back of the blouse and slight discoloration on the waist ties. I tried to photograph it best I could in the last photo

Also slightly wrinkly from sitting in storage, but otherwise in good condition

Comes with sewn in waist ties and sleeves are detachable
