I’m pretty sure this is the KC from the Eleanor JSK set. I got this heavily damaged and put a lot of care into repairing it only to decide that I have too many pink headbows and that I don’t need it. It still has some light staining but nothing like before. Most of the discoloration is on the torchon lace and it’s possible it might come out with a different type of cleaner I haven’t tried, but please do be aware that it is still damaged even though it has improved dramatically.
The top part of the headbow is wired.
